Happy Holidays!

Landscaping

  • Irrigation: The front yard irrigation is turned off and is being winterized.  If you have a backyard irrigation system, you may want to do the same to avoid potential burst pipes from freezing temperatures over the winter months.
  • Winter Pruning: The landscaping contract calls for pruning of shrubs and bushes twice per year.  The next time this is scheduled is in the January/February timeframe.

Operation Cover-up

The Season of Giving is upon us! Among many charitable efforts, our management company, The Management Trust – Northwest, holds an warm clothing and blanket drive for donation to those in need, called Operation Cover-up.

If you have gently used coats and blankets to give, TMT-NW welcomes your donation to this worthy cause.  You can drop off your donation at the TMT-NW office during regular office hours through Friday, December 14th. Visit their website to learn more about Operation Cover-up and ways you can help.
